Job Title: Business Analyst W/ Asset Management
Location: Morristown NJ
Duration: 12 +months

Experience Level:
2-plus years of experience in Asset Master related system implementation.
Experience in integrating SMF data from vendors (e.g.: Bloomberg, IDC, etc) into an Investments or Asset Management data infrastucture.
7-plus years of experience working in data projects at an Investments or Asset Management organization
Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts.
Scope of responsibilities:

Project Planning
Work with stakeholders to define task deadlines, taking in consideration business requirements and resource availability
Create and maintain detailed project plans
Task Coordination and Scope Management
Identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities and escalate pending Issues to appropriate parties
Manage project scope to ensure that only what was agreed to is delivered, unless changes are approved through scope management

Project Communication
Disseminate project information to all stakeholders
Participate and coordinate project meetings and discussions
Elicit, gather and document business requirements
Design and document business workflows
Train business users in implemented systems and workflows
Create and maintain project documents
Project Status Monitoring and Control
Identify, tracking managing and resolving project issues
Managing the overall schedule to ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget
