Job Title: C# .Net Developer
Location: NYC
Duration: 3-6 months

Job requirement:
Looking for senior software developer / tech lead to join a small team working directly with multiple trading desks to work on multi asset class trading platform for day to day trading activities including trade capture, reporting, real-time Risk and P&L calculation and trading strategies testing.
The project is to take over dev ownership of an internal system. It's a C# system which acts a trade blotter for the Credit Special situations group (a prop trading entity within credit group). The developer will be sitting on the desk with the traders and will need to be responsive to their needs.

Required skills
Experience in OO analysis and design
Strong C# development skills, including GUI and Server side.
Strong RDMS (relational database management system) knowledge
Ability to work under pressure
Threading

Desirable skills
Java knowledge
.Net WCF / WPF
VBA
Knowledge of Linux operating system
Previous financial experience
