We have immediate 6 months requirement for Senior Technical / Financial Analyst for Greensboro, NC. Any work authorization will work for the same.

Description:

Immediate need for experienced Business Intelligence Implementation Senior Financial Analyst to join Financial client.  This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a large scale system implementation including an installation of a new general ledger system and reporting environment.

Job Description:

·         Perform tasks as part of the coordination and preparation of the implementation of a new Business Intelligence/reporting environment and general ledger.

·         Perform process and functional design activities including performing test analysis, developing test scenarios and test scripts

·         Participate in system and integration testing

·         Perform and manage various user acceptance testing

·         Work with various finance business partners as part of implementation

·         Collaborate with team members, finance business partners, and IT partners on resolution of more complex implementation issues.

·         Address critical data gaps identified

·         Develop and build various required internal and external reporting

·         Research, analyze, recommend, and implement solutions to complex problems

Requirements:

·         A four-year degree in accounting/finance is required

·         Two to three years of relevant business and accounting experience

·         Functional analysis background including prior experience with writing and running test scenarios and scripts

·         Experience with Peoplesoft general ledger preferred; preferably implementation experience

·         Experience developing reports in Hyperion Essbase and Business Objects preferred

·         Significant experience using Excel

·         Understanding and experience with enterprise-wide financial systems

·         Strong project and process improvement skills

·         Ability to effectively coordinate with multiple areas and levels within the organization to ensure project outcome meets the needs of stakeholders

·         Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

·         Strong attention to detail

·         Demonstrated integrity and professionalism

·         Resourceful, motivated self-starter who can work well independently as well as collaboratively and utilize available resources to resolve issues

·         Desire and ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts
