Experience leading system installations
JSP/Servlets
JQuery
AJAX
JSon
SQL
UI
Configuration Mgmt tool (they use Harvest)
RDMS - Oracle 10g/RAC
Ant Build
Linux
SOA
Scrum methodology

Nice to have:
BI tools
Microstrategy
Portals
Teradata
 
They will be working with Business Intelligence in the Electronic Data Warehouse space to do integration.
