We have an Immediate opening for our client who is looking for a Test Engineer at Whippany, NJ.

Job Description as follows:

Role:                              Test Engineer

Duration:                         6 + Months Contract

Location:                         Whippany NJ

Start Date:                       Immediate

Description of the Responsibilities:

• 2 test engineers with distributed system experience. These distributed systems will fetch data from mainframe database.
• Experience level 3-5 years
• Extensive experience on distributed platforms like UNIX, Windows
• Understand the application environment
• Assess the business functionality
• Develop test cases for functional, GUI, regression, system and integration testing
• Usage of quality center for requirements management and test case management
• Upload the test cases into Quality Center
• Experience in functional, regression, system and integration testing using manual testing methods generate test results
• log defects into Quality Center help in generating appropriate test reports and metrics
• Must have Good communication and client facing skills
