JobTitle    : Senior Business Process Management (BPM) Engineer
Location   : Warren,NJ

Senior resource with at least 5 years of IT experience for building various components of cutting edge Business Process Management (BPM) infrastructure and 10 years experience in enterprise level Information Technology projects. The primary responsibility is to  expand, control, monitor, and support (third level) a flexible and highly available BPM hosting environment.  The hosting environment must enable segregation of applications from different teams using a common hardware platform.  The final result is creation of a cutting edge, highly scalable business process management platform.

Specific deliverables include:
Defining the developer guidelines, best practices and operational procedures.
Coordination with various stakeholders - application development teams, infrastructure support teams and vendor for seamless rollout.
Documentation of all tasks
Should be able to review the application architecture and setup a simulated lab environment with required technical components
Automation of common tasks

Experience requested:
Application development, architecture and product engineering experience
with in-depth knowledge of industry-standard technologies (e.g. Java/J2EE,
Web logic, .Net, Weblogic, JMS, Websphere, ANT, Siteminder, LDAP, JDBC,
Clustering, middleware, Databases, security).
Excellent documentation/communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to articulate technical opinions to large audience with various skill levels.
Must be able to lead and participate in team based activities

Technical Skills:
Strong background on the Unix (Solaris, Linux) platform to understand and recommend necessary host level parameters for tuning
In-depth knowledge of J2EE and Database technologies
Experience in full software development (or software infrastructure) lifecycle in an enterprise environment with multiple middleware products integrations skills
Must have strong debugging skills at various tiers of a given application with multiple (App Code, security, J2EE, BW, JMS and DB) tiers to assist developers 
Should be proficient using industry standard eclipse based design, integration and monitoring tools (Business Studio, ALBPM Studio and WID, Hawk, Tivoli) to provide SME and guidance for the developers
BPM and Workflow management tools experience Fuego, Staffware a plus
Experience with supporting JMS architectures including JNDI, Content-based routing, Zones, Topic, Queues.
Architectural experience to arrive at Capacity Planning, Network configurations and storage requirements.
Good to have experience with any SOA solutions.

Non-Technical Skills:
Excellent documentations/communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to articulate technical opinions to large audience with various skill levels. Must be able to function within teams as both a team player or a team leader.

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
