o    Knowledge of SQL Server in a VM environment

o    Knowledge of Backup and Monitoring and best practices

o    Should be expert level in SQL design strategy, capable of developing a 3 year vision on how best to support SQL growth

o    Preferably would have experience in migrating from 00-05-08
