Required Skill Sets:
possess a minimum of five years of experience in web enabled Java design and development.
possess a minimum of five years of experience in Oracle DBMS design and development.
ability to read and comprehend existing web based applications written in Java.
have the ability to write advanced Java code within the framework of the existing applications.
have experience using JavaScript, XML, HTML, JDBC, Hibernate, Eclipse, STRUTS and JSP.
have advanced knowledge and experience working with WebSphere application server.
knowledge of functionality that provides communication to pass data to and receive replies from outside data sources.
be experienced using Rapid Application Development tools, MQ series
familiarity with code reviews, unit testing, and version control.
be proficient with interfaces to mainframe DB2
Past experience with law enforcement, corrections and or criminal justice agencies and or processes would be beneficial.
Past experiences with ANSI-NIST would be beneficial
