Location: Annapolis, MD

Job Summary:

This position is expected to provide expert level business process guidance on Navy ERP's SAP requirements and design, specifically in the area of Material Master Data.   This person will work with the team to identify and understand any data defects and new requirements and outline recommendations and guidelines for resolving data problems and improving data quality.

Required Skills:

·         This position requires in-depth knowledge of procurement, financial and order fulfillment processes and their requirements for master data. as well as significant SAP master data expertise. 

·         DoD/Navy experience is desired.
 

Additional Desired Skills:

a)      Providing functional expertise to confirm/develop business requirements definition;

b)      Providing configuration, data migration, interface support, and advanced functional support as necessary;

c)      Assisting in the design of interfaces, conversion programs, reports, and enhancements;

d)     Developing and maintaining systems documentation including business process procedures, functional design specifications, process flows, and test cases;

e)      Supporting development of training work products;

f)       Supporting the training team with the delivery of end-user training;

g)      Defining user authorization requirements; and

h)      Providing post go-live help desk support, assisting and resolving end user support problems, resolving system defects ('break/fix'), analyzing proposed improvements or changes to the Navy ERP solution and system, and preparing/conducting briefings, demos or training sessions.
