Job Title :Cognos Developer
Location : Nashville , TN
Duration : 6 Month Contract
Required Skills :
The Cognos Report Developer will assist other team members in converting Cognos 7 reports to Cognos 10. This is a corporate wide project involving over 30,000 users. Strong attention to detail, experience with Cognos Report Writer, PL-SQL as well as strong communication skills are needed.
The client is a national retail chain and manufacturer with a a solid history in their industry. The atmosphere is very laid back and employees have long tenures.
Key Skills:
Must have experience with Cognos upgrades
Must have experience writing and converting Cognos reports (prefer 7 and 10 experience)
Must have strong PL/SQL skills (basic query writing/troubleshooting)
Excellent communication skills with ability to work with users to determine requirements and make changes effectively
Strong multi-tasking skills
