We have one more requirement for a DataStage Sr. Developer at onsite.

Location: East Rutherford NJ,

Max Rate: $50/hour

 

Understands business and technical scope and objectives of assigned project.

         Confers with Project Manager and Lead Data Analyst to understand work plan and to accept duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.

         Adheres to standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation.

         Building the Data Stage jobs to load source to target mappings.

         Works directly with the Enterprise Data Warehouse team and SME's to understand the technical documents to drive the Datastage Architecture and development efforts..

         Development of customized transformations for business logic.

         Build data loads exception handling routines.

         Build status notification levels for all ETL jobs.

         Analysis and mapping of source to target structures.

         Scheduling and Maintenance of the ETL job flows.

         Performance and tuning datastage job flows.

         Unit testing and version control of the development codebase.

         Handling flows to reconcile data from WISE core to ADW core.

         Provide direction and development for building the ODS and Dim Models

         Plus: Data Architecture and exposure to IBM Infosphere product line (CDC "Change Data Capture", and Metadata Workbench).
