Job Title: Performance Engineer w/ Java protocol experience is required.
Location: Newark, DE
Client: JPMC
Rate is $50/hr max
Face 2 Face is must

Performance Engineer Needed Skills:

Must Have:

1) Thorough knowledge of Load Runner or Performance Center Testing tool using protocols such as JAVA/EJB/RDP/Web Services/RTE/Custom Scripts/Citirx
2) 4+ years experience in Java/J2EE, Weblogic, Perl, Shell scripting, Windows Scripting
3) 2+ years experience in Java/J2EE Development
4) Experience in developing VU Scripts for performance testing
5) Complete awareness of Software Development Life Cycle
6) Strong experience in developing Performance Test Plans and Performance test Scenarios using requirements and design documents while specifying Testing Overview, Approach, Strategy, Scope, Architecture, Environment, Roles and Responsibilities.
7) Experience in performance testing Web-based, Middleware and Mainframe applications on different environments
8) Knowledge of the following Monitoring tools Sitescope, Wily Introscope & Other J2EE monitoring tools
9) Experience of LoadRunner & Performance Center setup / installations / Administration / Troubleshoot / R& D
10) Communicate with Project Managers, Systems Architects, Systems Analyst, DBA's and Application Developers to gather requirements for testing and develop estimates for testing execution
11) This individual will lead cross LOB teams designing test approaches, managing the end-to-end quality life cycle of technology sponsored projects

Plus but not a Must:

1) Extensive working knowledge in UNIX and Windows platforms
2) Good understanding of Relational Database Management Systems
3) Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL Programming for testing database integrity
4) MQ technologies, zOS/Mainframe technologies
5) Weblogic Tuning, JVM Tuning, Performance analysis & Capacity planning
6) Weblogic installation / Domain Setup / Domain Administration
