Perform installation, configuration, and upgrades to FileNet software components within multiple environments.  Perform various FileNet Administration tasks.

 

DMC Capture, DMS Retrieval and Workflow Application Support:

Provide technical support for existing FileNet based custom applications including DMC Capture, DMS Retrieval, and Workflow.

 

Document Capture (Kofax) Application Support :

Provide technical support for the Kofax based Document Capture Application.

 

Content Management Application Services:

Provide other Content Management Application services as required.
