Job Title : QA Functional Tester
Location : Denver, CO
Duration : 3 - 6 months
 

Testers execute test scripts for an application under test resulting in pass or fail outcome.   The tester works with developers and project team members to resolve approved defects, repeating this cycle until the application under test reaches desired level of passed test cases and defect resolution.
 
Responsibilities:
Functional Tester (QA)
Gains sufficient application or functional knowledge necessary to effectively test and evaluate test execution outcomes
Documents results of test execution in a tracking system.

Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
Experience with testing content management systems is desired but not required.
Track and coordinate test activities.
Develop test cases and test plans.
Execute test cycles.
Support test entry and exit criteria and key testing metrics through the SDLC.
Coordinate defect creation, tracking, run defect meetings, and provide defect resolution status.
Provide formal status to test manager/PM.
