Enterprise level app (not website) experience is key here, along with strong design, workflow and development skills using C# and SQL Server.
Trabon Solutions has an immediate opening for a Senior C#.NET Developer/Architect. This candidate will interface with clients (along with the Lead Architect), define business needs, and build enterprise solutions centered on Microsoft .Net. The ideal candidate will have a strong .Net development background, expertise in designing solutions, and experience developing complex solutions. Senior Developers typically participate in Trabon's Design Studio and all phases of a project, including analysis, design, construction, testing and deployment. They will focus on design and development tasks. Required experiences are:
MUST HAVE
· Business analysis. Includes gathering detailed requirements
· Design. Translating requirements into designs, including development of state diagrams, transition diagrams and component level designs
· Application Architecture. Experience developing application architectures within the context of enterprise .Net architecture standards
· Database design. Includes physical design capabilities. Significant experience with SQL server required
· Application development. Demonstrated expertise in developing complex .Net solutions, including C#.Net, ASP.Net, Web Services and Windows Foundation Classes
· Data access and analysis. Experience developing SQL queries, optimizing data access and tuning database queries
· Excellent client interaction skills including strong verbal and written communication skills
Required Skills:
Object Oriented software design and development (design patterns and creating software designs)
Visual Studio .NET, specifically C#, Web services
XML
ASP.NET (3.5+), Ajax, JavaScript, HTML
Windows Foundation Classes
SQL Server (2005 or later)
Minimum 5 years experience developing .NET applications on the Microsoft platform
Additional Expertise (preferred, but not required):
Bachelor's degree
Business Rules Engine, Workflow development or integration
VB.Net, Java
Microsoft Silverlight / WPF
Integration Services, Analysis Services, Reporting Services
MCAD or MCSE certifications
Graphic Design experience
Manager notes: Trabon is historically a VB.NET shop, however they've recognized the importance of utilizing C# for future projects. VB.NET will be used for enhancements of existing projects, while C# will be used for development of future projects. VB.NET development will be performed by existing team that's familiar with the systems.

Assess problem resolution
