The candidate must have at least 6 * 8 years of directly related, demonstrable experience in software development and/or system integration and at least 2 * 3 years of consulting experience. Skills: Customer consulting. Software development and/or systems integration. 4 * 6 years of experience with BMC ITSM suite and CMDB mandatory, Must have Remedy V7, ITSM V7, and CMDB. 3 * 4 years of experience with Remedy V7, ITSM V7, CMDB V2 and higher. Asset Management and Software License complacence Project Experience . Reconciliation Engine setup configuration. Normalization Engine setup configuration. Atrium AIE and reconciliation Job setup configuration. General competence in database management and integration is important. Knowledge of integrating diverse software applications into single system is highly desirable. Written and verbal communication skills are very important.
BMC ITSM V7 Foundation and Core certification preferred; BMC IPM, CCM, or AMD certification desirable. ITIL Foundation certification preferred Client Environment: Must be able to work in high stress, rapid pace environment. Must be able to work in geographically dispersed customer and project teams.
Key skills required: (in the order of priority).Consulting around people/process/technology and good customer management. Expertise with implementing BMC Remedy ITSM v7, specifically Service Desk, Change Management, Asset Management and SLM. Asset Management and Software License complacence Project Experience . Reconciliation Engine Experience. Normalization Engine Experience. Atrium AIE and reconciliation Job setup configuration Experience. Asset Management and Software License complacence Project Experience. Experience developing BMC ITSM in Windows environment is mandatory and experience in a Unix environment is highly desirable. SR. DEVELOPER/DESIGNER - WEBSPHERE MESSAGE BROKER
MUST HAVES:
1. Websphere Message broker 6.0/6.1/7.0 development experience
2. WBI adapters (JDBC/JText) experience
3. Expertise in ESQL
4. Websphere MQ Expertise
5. Experience integrating with SAP and DB2 based end systems
Description of Work:
* At least 4+ years of experience in Websphere Message Broker (6.0, 6.1 and some experience on 7.0)
* Websphere Message Broker Detailed Design and Development
* Experience working with integrating with DBs, JMS based apps etc using WMB
* Proficient in working with ESQL (some java is an added advantage)
* Experience preferable working with SAP integrations.
* Experience working with one or more of the WBI adapters (JDBC/JText/SAP MySAP)
* Any WMB Migration experience would be an added advantage
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Install application server software and create the necessary environments required by the system development life cycle. Configure all environments to each application's specific requirements (such as JDBC, JMS, web services, High Availability, Session Management, Security, Service Integration Bus, etc.). Proactively performance tune each environment as well as reactively troubleshoot problems that occur. Provide development support to the application development teams.
SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design systems architecture including fault tolerance and high availability solutions.
• Work with application project teams to provide feedback on designs and gather requirements for the application server environment.
• Install the WebSphere Application Server software on Linux, Unix and Windows based environments.
• Create and Modify WebSphere clusters required to implement the different logical environments in the system development life cycle (dev, test, stage, prod).
• Create and Configure application instances within each of the cells as required.
• Configure Security as required (SSL, single sign-on, administrative, application, etc…).
• Configure the required web server (IIS, iPlanet, IHS) with the Application server software plug-in.
• Configure the Application server software to each individual application's requirements (Services Integration Bus – JMS / Web Services, JDBC, Security, etc…)
• Set up the Application server software and each application to be highly available with the goal of 24x7 up-time.
• Performance tune the Application server software so that it is optimized for each application. This will include working closely with the application development teams to administer load testing and monitoring.
• Deploy applications to the Application server as well as define and set up automated application deployment mechanisms.
• Provide development support to the application development teams.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation in support of Production systems
• Research and troubleshoot problems related to the Application server software, the applications that run on them as well as the external systems that they interact with.
• Communicate regularly and effectively with other team members, clients (application developers) and vendors (other technology teams).

Qualifications / Skills Requirements:
• 5 years experience with administering WebSphere Application Server 6.x / 7.0
• 2 years experience with WebSphere Commerce or Portal Server
• Operating Systems: Linux, Windows 2003/2008, AIX
• Web servers (IIS, iPlanet, IHS)
• Experience with administering WebSphere Virtual Enterprise a plus
• Experience with Process Server a plus.
• Experience with WebSphere Sensor and Events (WSE) and WebSphere Business Events (WBE) a plus.
• Experience with MQ, Message Broker a plus.
