Online Lead Developer - Cash Management (OCM)/ Online Treasury Management (OTM)
Primary skill:
-J2EE
-Must have a Treasury and Cash Management background
-S1 background is ideal, will be leading S1 Developers. Non-S1 avenues for recruiting are Check Free, BofA Cash Management system, Harbour -- Payments, Tsys.
-This is not a hand on development assignment
-Desire knowledgeable leaders, assignment is 100% leadership with no coding expected
-Looking for application architect types, those that have done hands on development in past, not a theory based resource
-Developer will be responsible and accountable for understanding, creating and owning the end-to-end solution in each space.
-Responsible for the total solution from design to implementation. Correlate and create view of end-to-end impacts and aggregate impacts. Demonstrate they have successfully worked at this level in the past
-Must collaborate effectively with other Tech leads,
-Will direct other Technical Leads
-Will work with a geographically disbursed team
-Has financial Services background
-8-10 years internet experience
-3 years or more of demonstrated leadership
-Full comprehension of N Tier architecture
-Understands SOA to be able to interact with SOA Layer (not a SOA expert)
-Ability to perform impact analysis and produce estimates
-Large enterprise experience
