I have Java developer requirment and they need 20 consultants for this position. Will consider out of state candidates but they  may  be asked to get to Detroit for a F2F Interview. H1Bs are OK. 

 

Title              : Sr Java Developer
Location     : Detroit, MI
Duration     : 3+ Months Contract

 

Candidates MUST be:
Sr. Java Developer
Agile expert
Heavy TDD (Test Driven Development) experience

 

Requirements:
- Test Driven Development (TDD)
- Agile experience
- Java
- Problem Solvers
- Highly collaborative in an open environment

 

Seeking established Test driven Developers in Java who know and have experience with clean code concepts such as:  separation of concerns, dependency injection, continuous integration and single responsibility principle. 

 

Should be comfortable in an open, highly collaborative environment; must have this attitude to succeed in the group.

We have a very regimented hands-on testing protocol around test driven development and other Agile disciplines.
 
Please note you will be responsible for travel expenses associated with a face to face interview along with relocation expenses for the Consultant to relocate to Detroit for the project.
 
We have 20 open positions and would like the option to hire Consultants on permanent in the future for several of the positions.  The other positions will be for straight Contractors.
