Title: Sr. Business Systems Analyst with Kronos
Location: Irvine, CA
Duration: min. 6 months

Notes: must have strong Kronos experience technically, and functional experience with payroll, timekeeping, and scheduling. Pay code and day divide experience a plus.

 

 
This role will be focused on several projects working with payroll consolidations, end of shift consolidations and acting as a liaison with lower and upper management. Experience communicating with all levels of is highly desired. This will be supporting 30 business units and 24,000 employees.

 

 REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years' experience with Kronos
- 5+ years' experience with California Payroll and Time Keeping
- Scheduling experience a plus
- Highly skilled in system analysis i.e. Kronos, HRIS, ADP, etc
- Experience with large enterprise environments with over 10K employees preferred

 

QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly motivated to drive projects
- Creative decision maker who enjoys finding solutions and creating ideas to fit the needs of the business
- Experience interacting with all levels of management, especially at the executive level
