Job Title: SAP ABAP Developer (IP Project)
Location: North/Boston
Duration : 6 Months

 

Project descriptions and detailo   Project:  Integrated Purchasing (IP)
§  Require 2 concurrent SAPdevelopment (ABAP) resources to assist with interface construction between ERP and a 3rd party, cloud procurement tool.

 

Resource skillset requirements·        
Role
o   SAP ABAP Developer
o   Inbound and outbound interface & report development
o   Not a solution architect role
o   High level solution approach/design will come from internal team

 

Required skills
o   ALL
§  Coding for performance efficiency
§  Coding for reusability
o   IP-ABAP
§  Primary emphasis on master data and purchasing
§  SAP ABAP developer with strong FI/CO and MM/PP experience and particular emphasis on purchasing
§  Good knowledge in SD area

 

Other expectations
o   Resources needs to be able to get up to speed quickly to deliver value in a short timeframe
o   Resources expected to manage work list/queue as assigned and prioritized escalation any delays or issues promptly
o   Resources should possess solid communication and documentation skills, as well as expect to participate is period design/documentation reviews as part of his/her assignment
