Location : Ft Laud FL 33309

Duration : 6 months w/ possible extensions

CTI (CTI=Computer Telephony Integration)

 

Must Haves:
Must have experience in Siebel (preferred Siebel 8.X version)
CTI (computer telephony integration) experience with Avaya systems
HP Quality Center
Strong SQL and RDBMS experience
Hand on experience of Web Applications 
Solid understanding of Functional testing
Knowledge in OBIEE tools (preferred)

 

Note: CTI = any technology that allows interactions on a telephone and a computer to be integrated or coordinated. In this case, the Avaya phone system connects to the Siebel CRM system to pull up customer details when the customer calls in.
