Role Description:
Developers in this role will be responsible for constructing the user interface and business rules layer for BRITE, working closely with Business Analysts, DBA and QA staff. At full strength, the development team will comprise 25 people, 11 of them developers. The development methodology is iterative, the timeline is very aggressive, and the project is strongly supported and fully funded by the business.

Position Requirements:
Candidates must demonstrate all of the following technical competencies:
5+ years software development experience
3+ years of experience in .NET (C#) and web based software applications.
2+ years of experience developing complex, data driven UIs using Silverlight or WPF with C# (Silverlight strongly preferred).
Very strong knowledge of XAML.
1+ years of experience with third party controls – Telerik controls strongly preferred
2+ experience using and creating WCF services
Candidates must demonstrate all of the following technical competencies:

Experience using Expression Blend
Experience using Windows workflow foundation 3.5 or 4.0
Knowledge of MVVM and commanding
Strong knowledge of OOP
Skill in building reusable components
