We have an opening for an Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Customer Data Hub (CDH) and Trading Community Architecture (TCA) FUNCTIONAL consultant for a 6+ months contract opportunity in Mountain View, CA.

 

 

Position           : Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Customer Data Hub (CDH) and Trading Community Architecture (TCA) FUNCTIONAL consultant

Duration           : 6+ months

Location           : Mountain View, CA

Rate                 : Open

 

 

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

=============================

 

Functional / Business Analyst experience in Oracle R12 CDH & TCA design and development of CDH & TCA architecture and operations, document configurations, perform configurations

 

Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Applications

               7+ years Oracle E-Business Suite Applications implementation experience

               performed full-lifecycle implementations (Define > Analysis > Design > Build > Transition > Production)

               experienced in Oracle AIM/OUM (methodology) and AIM/OUM templates

               Performed business requirements gathering (to be model à as is model)

               Oracle EBS module configuration experience

               performed definition and functional design of conversions and interfaces

               performed / led Unit testing, User Acceptance Testing

               Functional experience in leading technical team through Oracle api usage; integration development

               Excellent oral and written communication skills

 

ORACLE EBS R12 PRODUCT DOMAIN SPECIFICS:

 

Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Customer Data Hub (CDH) and Trading Community Architecture (TCA)

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

               Setting Up Accounts

               Defining Address Formatting, Classifications, Relationships, Contacts, etc.

               Using Oracle Customer Data Librarian (CDL) to manage duplicates

               Configuring Duplicate Prevention

               Extending Attributes

               Setting Up Source System Management

               Bulk import definition and loading customer data in bulk from legacy, third party, or other external sources into the TCA Registry

               Defining the import source-to-target attribute mapping and re-using

               Fully understanding of when to utilize TCA HZ apis vs. RA open interfaces and implications of decisions on Party definitions; able to fully advise peers, team and customer on best options and subsequent results

               Resolving import load errors

               Real-Time Address Validation

               Designing and configuring for CDH/TCA Relationships

               Setting Up Third Party Data Integration (D&B, credit, etc.)

               Extending Transactions Viewer to non-Oracle Applications

               Reporting using: Organization Enrichment Trend, Data Completeness, Organizations by Industry, Customer Growth, Organizations by Country, Persons by Country, Organizations by State/Province, Persons by State/Province, Duplicate Organizations, Duplicate Persons, defining and building additional reports in tools EBS BI Publisher or Discoverer, and helping to define suitable action plans for customers based on reporting outputs.

PREFERRED EXPRIENCE

=============================

               Experience with other Oracle Fusion Product Hub

               Experience with MDM assessment /strategy, specifically with Customer data

               Experience with interfaces and APIs of Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Order Management (OM) and/or Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Accounts Receivables (AR)

               Preferred Education: Masters degree in engineering, computer science, MIS

               Industry applicable certifications

CONSULTING EXPERIENCE

=============================

               Business process analysis and redesign - strong business analysis skills; business process redesign and implementation is preferred

               Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management support , hardware sizing, technical integration design

               Strong interpersonal as well as written and spoken communication skills are essential.

               Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving ability are essential.

               Comprehensive understanding and implementation experience in Oracle Supply Chain modules.

               Minimum Oracle R12 E-Business Suite experience is required

               Experience with the functional design of eBusiness Suite R12 web services and Fusion Middleware integration

               Experience and full understanding of standard development lifecycle and either Oracle AIM and/or Oracle OUM
