Job Title: .Net Developer
Location: Denver, CO
Duration: 6+ months
This position offers working as part of a team in an Agile/Scrum environment and provides software design and implementation solutions to complex business and engineering problems. This position seeks a candidate that is able to analyze and recommend software solutions that meet functional as well as non-functional needs. Such needs may include scalability, reliability, and extensibility. This position participates in a highly collaborative, team-oriented work environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Implementing middle-tier and server-side platform applications with opportunities for exposure to more user experience UI programming.
Designing and implementing new software as well as maintaining and enhancing existing software
Asking for a candidate that is able to translate requirements into tasks and provide estimates for those such tasks.
Ensuring that code adheres to specific standards for accessibility, scalability, usability, security, object-oriented practices and performance.
Effectively communicating within a software development team consisting of many roles and upper level managers.
Actively participating in requirements, architecture, and design meetings on a regular basis.
Writing documentation for internal and external consumers, covering design artifacts, code, and fixes.

At least three years working with object oriented design and programming.
At least three years coding with C# and/or ASP.NET, other similar languages.
At least three years working with HTML, JavaScript & CSS – JQuery and/or Dojo.

Web Services (SOAP, REST)
Design Patterns, UML
Layered software architectures / SOA
API / Application Framework design
Unit Testing / Test Coverage
At least three years working with object oriented design and programming.
At least three years coding with C# and/or ASP.NET, other similar languages.

Experience working with collaborative teams to bring working software to end-users quickly.
Agile/Scrum software development practices and methodologies is highly desired.
Ability to dive into new technologies and languages across multiple platforms
Ability to contribute in design meetings and participate in architecture and code reviews
Strong communications skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical people.
