Job Title: Business Analyst with ERP and Supply Chain Experience
Location:  Nashville, TN
Contract Length: Open Ended
Rate : $45/hr on C2C

Interview Process:   Minimum of 2 phone interviews but will hire from phone interview
(*Does not have to have Microsoft Dynamics experience, other ERP systems will suffice)

Full Job Description:
This is a senior level role that directly supports initiatives for Finance and Supply chain operations as it relates to Microsoft Dynamics-AX.

Requirements:

Must have hands on experience with ERP software systems (Dynamics-AX, SAP, Oracle, Greatplains, etc).
Must have relevant experience in telecommunications or supply chain industries.
Must understand the concepts of MSF and have previously practiced within an SDLC.
Develops, coordinates, and implements plans to test business and functional processes
Expected to be an acting and contributing member in the DAX BA community.
This individual must be prepared to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
Maintains proficiency in the application and use of tools within the department.
Effectively communicates the feasibility of requested deliverables and timelines Must maintain high quality documentation and will work closely with product development team.
Must maintain a HIGH sense of ownership, and able to work with a direction instead of being task oriented.
Must maintain a manner of leadership and flexibility that diffuses pressure and promotes a team atmosphere.
Strong communicator and willing to build strong business relationships.

 
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Sciences or related field (an equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience may be considered)
Minimum 6 years functional experience in one or more of the following areas (or combination thereof):
Finance (AP/AR/GL)
Manufacturing/Production
Supply Chain Management
Warehouse Management
Expert understanding of SDLC processes preferred
Skill in diagnosing and solving complex problems and providing detailed technical analysis
Superior oral and written communication skills. Ability to exhibit a commanding presence when necessary.
Superior computer skills including common business applications such as MS Windows and MS Office including Excel, Word and Access.
Strong customer orientation or professional services background:
Capable of interfacing with the client, producing trustable estimates for long development cycles, and accurately gauging resource capabilities
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to provide ad hoc team leadership in a focus area
Has shown the ability to manage individuals, and multiple (small) team oriented projects in parallel
Has shown the capacity and willingness to recruit resources, build new resource networks, and retain resources
Process design / optimization experience preferred. Project Management certifications / training a plus
Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to structure analysis and use analysis to help identify root causes versus underlying symptoms and make solid recommendations for improvement
Ability to manage and influence effectively in a matrixed and collaborative environment at all levels of the organization.
Strong computer skills, with specific proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
SQL and Access experience a plus
