Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Downers Grove, IL
Duration: 12+ months
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of system to system interaction
Large enterprise experience
Healthcare/insurance experience REQUIRED
Proven experience engaging business users/owners
Knowledge of SDLC is important but must also include the business customer engagement experience as well
Experience analyzing environments with multiple data sources and capture necessary data requirements
Work closely with SMEs to understand and document data needs and flows
Ability to capture technical reguirements for SOA applications as well as web services
Previous work with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate non-functional requirements as related to business processes, policies and information systems
Define and document business, and non-functional requirements using appropriate documentation techniques to describe statements of the goals, objectives, or needs of a particular stakeholder or group of stakeholders
Translate high-level business requirements into specifications for the IT organization and manage changes to such specifications
Obtain consensus by facilitating communication between business unit(s) and IT from initial requirements to final implementation
Provide input to estimates for project management and change management activities through analysis of requirements effort, resources, and technology
Experience with HP Quality Center
