 job description of the Technical Recruiter Profile:

 

·         Handel the full life cycle of IT recruitment (Traditional Recruiting, Web based Recruiting), that includes identification and sourcing of external talent, internal marketing of applicable candidate profiles.

·         Traditional Methods would include social networking, Employee Referrals, Cold calling, Advertising, and internal resume databases.

·         External recruitment methods would include searching various US job portals

·         Match/Qualify resumes against the job requirement.

·         Prequalify the candidates by evaluating technical strengths and career goals through an in depth technical screening. This would involve talking to the candidates in the US on the phone.

·         Handel the candidates GC,US-Citizens&H1B's

·         Generate momentum by providing consistent follow up and feedback in order to manage expectat-ions, candidate's availability status that results in a smooth hiring process.

·         Coordinate with the Internal Sales Team on a daily basis to follow-up for previous submittals & make new searches on fresh requirements

·         Coordinate telephone and in person interviews with applicants to further evaluate candidate's employability.

·         Maintain and manage all relationships with large and boutique retained 3 party agencies, search/contingency firms.

·         Maintain excellent rapport with consultants and engage in extensive networking

·         Essential Requirements:

·         Good theoretical understanding of current IT keywords prevalent in the US market    

·         Good communication skills

·         Willing to work in night shift

       

Educational Qualification:

      B.E. /BCA/ B.Tech / B.Sc.,

OR

      BBA/B.com with MBA

OR

      MCA
