Senior Information Architect
Duration : Long term
Location : SFO CA
Rate : $60/hr (max)
Required Qualifications:
5-7 year’s experience - user interface/interaction design (web application experience a must)
Information architecture experience (strategic planning and diagrammatic skills)
Detailed knowledge of user experience best practices
Ability to ask appropriate questions, communicate effectively and persuasively convey design solutions to a broad range of stakeholders: product managers, engineers, customers, etc.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organization, logic and analytical skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks; comfortable with tight deadlines
Proficiency in a variety of design tools including Fireworks, Dreamweaver and Visio
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with Ajax/RIA interactions/patterns
Familiarity with presentation layer code and application layer design
Familiarity with user research/usability testing
Graphic design experience
