PROGRAM MANGERS - They have 5 open positions (Sure shot closure)
Position Description:
AD - . Lead medium-large programs . Maintain strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning . Maintain project plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, milestones . Direct and oversee project team . Efficiently identify and solve project issues . Demonstrate leadership to define requirements for project risk . Maintain project documentation Lead medium-large programs. . Develop scorecards and report status to senior management . This is a 6 month assignment in which the candidate will help develop a strategic vision / business plan for implementing the BTR solution into different Global Markets. This candidate must be able to: - work closely with IT and Business to understand the requirements for FCSD Global implementations - create a strategic plan that provides a roadmap to integrate existing and future FCSD applications - work well under condensed timelines - organize information to develop business case with alternatives, costs, and timing, risks, and issues - follow BTR governance and discipline to ensure project timing commitments are met on time
Skills Required:
5+ yrs experience managing medium-large projects 5+ yrs of MS Project experience in IT development Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
Skills Preferred:
Ford SDM experience Clarity experience PMP certification
Experience Required:
