•          Understanding of JDBC and J2EE transaction API

•          Knowledge of UML

•          Web logic Portal 8 and greater experience.

•          JavaServer Faces (JSF) technology knowledge and experience

•          BPM/SOA product knowledge

•          Experience with agile development methodology

•          Experience with Test Driven Design (TDD) methodology
