Java Architect/Lead

$45/hr (can go a little higher for right fit)

 

 

 

Candidate should be a seasoned Senior technical lead/developer who can apply architectural standards across projects.

Candidate should be able to set design pattern and provide recommendation for using different modules from technologies like Spring, Hibernate, Stripes

Candidate should have used all the modules from Spring including, not limited to: IOC, Spring  AOP, Spring ORM, Spring Web, Spring MVC, Spring DAO

Candidate should be able to visualize and design new enterprise applications based on existing framework build on Spring, Stripes, Hibernate, EXTJS

Candidates should be very knowledgeable in the data flow and internal configuration of Spring framework, to suggest changes and new approaches to the current framework design

Candidates should be able to set up and configure application frameworks using Spring as the base and Stripes, EXT-JS, Hibernate, JSF and other open source technologies.

Candidates should have very good knowledge on Junit and unit testing framework. Should have worked in projects with 70% or more code coverage, should have written test cases from scratch.

Candidates should have good knowledge on Ant and Maven script. Should have build Maven script from scratch. Should be able to set up new build environment for projects.

Candidates should be able to learn new tolls and programming language with limited access to formal education. Should have good understanding of main-stream web technologies

Candidates should be able to mentor other people in the team.

Good to have skills: Candidates should be able to designing web services to integrate solutions.
