We are looking for Systems Administrator-Expert

Location: Englewood, CO

Start: 02/01/13

Rate: $50

 

JD:

 

Installs new software releases and system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches, and resolves software related problems. Performs system backups and recovery. Maintains data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity. Technologies supported include operating systems, servers, networks, system security, hardware and other software applications. Troubleshoots system issues and resolves or escalates. Creates and updates system documentation, including configurations and backup procedures.

 

Qualifications:

* A solid working knowledge and experience configuring a recruiting system (functionality & performance). 
* A solid working knowledge and experience configuring a learning management system (functionality & performance). 
* 3-5 Years demonstrated working knowledge of Taleo Enterprise Edition 12 or similar applicant tracking system. 
* Experience using report writing tools such as Taleo Analytics (Business Objects) or other similar report writing software. 
* Must have the ability to work in a high volume environment with a high attention to detail and strong organizational skills. 
*Background in human resources preferred. 
* Cornerstone on Demand (Talent Management, Learning and Performance Management) experience a plus. 

Minimum Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's in Business Administration or Information Systems, four to six years' experience or equivalent. 
* Minimum of 3-5 years professional systems administration experience. 
* Taleo Applicant Tracking System Configuration experience. 
* Excellent knowledge of Windows and PC software programs including: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint. 
* Complex analytical and problem solving skills. 
* Strong written and verbal communication skills to be able to present to a target audience. 
* Must be detail orientated/articulate with excellent time management skills 
* Ability to understand requests and troubleshoot issues in Taleo independently. 
*Assist with Ad Hoc reporting requests using the Taleo / Business Objects reporting tool. 
*System configuration and setup. 
*Work with global user base on navigation and use of system. 
*Participate on various enhancement projects 

Ideal Qualifications:

* Complex back-end system configuration Experience. 
* Taleo TCC and passport integration experience. 
* Database Query Language knowledge preferred. 
* Experience performing in a business analyst capacity. 
* Experience conducting system, regression and UAT testing 

3-5 years of system administrative experience with Taleo Enterprise Edition is required 
Experience with Taleo Reporting (Business Objects) is highly preferred 
Strong understanding of recruitment processes is desired 
Previous background in a recruiting or HR role is a benefit 
Bachelor's degree is preferred
