We are looking for Mobile Tester

Location: SFO, CA

Rate: $47

Duration: 12 Months

No of positions: 2

 

Skill Should be:

 

Should be 7 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)for various web based and Client/Server applications.

Well experienced in testing complex and highperformance in Product Developmentacross Insurance, and Telecom & Financial environments.

Experienced in manualtesting with the focus on Black Boxtesting, White Box testingFunctional Testing, Stress Testing,Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, Load Testing and SystemTesting.

Expertise in Documentation:Use cases, Test Plans, Test Scenarios,Test Cases, Test Matrix.

 

Hands on experience on Grey box testing and webarchitecture

Strong exposure and Experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)and extensive experience with QA testingmethodologies, procedures, processes, standards and activities.

Installed and Configured Mercury Testing Tools such as QuickTest Professional (QTP), WinRunner,Load Runner, QC and IBM Tools.

Expertise in both Manual and Automationtools like QTP, Load runner and Quality Center.

 

Vast testing experience in a Mainframe environment

Wide knowledge of Mainframe applications, solution design, high level design anddevelopment

 

Good Experience in Insurance, Banking and Telecom domains.

Experience in writingtest cases and maintaining testscripts as per the businessspecifications and functionalrequirements.

Expertise in automating test cases with QTP using VB scripts.

Extensive experience in Unit testing (Black box/White Box) for client server and web basedapplications.

 

Performed hands on testing (Integration, Functional,Regression) on multiple handheld devices such as- Android, iphone,Window Phone 7 and Blackberry.

Strong Knowledge of various mobile OS, devicecapabilities and mobile browserlimitations.

Experience in compatibilitytesting for application to run on IE8, IE9, FireFox and Safari browser.

 

Good understanding of Business Knowledge.

Exposure to web technologies JSP, HTML, DHTML, XML, JavaScript.
