Location: San Francisco, CA
Duration: 6 Months

Skills & Job Requirements:

•    Candidate should be a banking domain expert (Corporate and Retail) and have FLEXCUBE implementation experience
•    The candidate should preferably have an experience in a multi country rollout of FLEXCUBE
•    The candidate should have worked on projects involving integration of FLEXCUBE with partner / third party systems
•    The candidate should be able to work with senior client stakeholders and vendors
•    The candidate should have a valid US work visa / permit


2. Position: BPM Tech Lead
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 6 Months

Skills & Job Requirements:

Skill1 - BPM Process Design (L2)
•    Should have five years of work experience on BPM/BRMS stack.
•    Should have good experience in Architecture and design of BPM engagements.
•    Should have good experience in J2EE,Web Services, Unit Testing and Debugging rules.
•    Should have Customer facing skills including influencing customer architects and business stakeholders.
•    Should have excellent knowledge of programming /systems analysis, problem solving and analytical skills.
•    Should have extensive knowledge base(e.g. infrastructure/ technology/ application to analyze problems of the greatest complexity and contribute to troubleshooting efforts.

Essential Skill(s)
Skill - BPM (L3)
Apart from proficiency level 2, the following are required for this proficiency:
•    Should be able to understand the impact of dependent technologies and incorporate it in design - Should understand security solutions (in BPM context), backend systems, domain flows
•    Should be able to identify technology/functional on-functional dependencies in an BPM implementation and plan for the same
•    Should contribute to technology forums - participate in at least one seminar in speaker slot

3. Position: Java J2ee developer with Swings Exp
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 6 Months

Skills & Job Requirements:

6+ years of experience in Developing Java Applications using J2EE technologies, Swing, Hibernate, JMS, Spring and EJBs for a Fixed Income Trading Application
Strong communication skills A self-starter able to work with a minimum direction. Experience in developing and implementing small to large systems. Ability to work in a team environment.

Note: Interview in person is required.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, and implements software. Troubleshoots production problems related to software applications.
* Researches, tests, builds, and coordinates the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements.
* Designs and develops new software products or major enhancements to existing software.
* Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms.
* Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.

Minimum Qualifications
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* In-depth understanding of Object Oriented Analysis, Object Oriented Design, and Object Orienting Programming
* In-depth understanding of the Java Programming Language, syntax and constructs
* In-depth understanding of Algorithms and Data Structures
* General problem solving and troubleshooting skills
* Self starter / self motivated
* In-depth understanding of J2EE, specifically JMS
* In-depth understanding of JDBC and SQL (Oracle)
* In-depth understanding of the use of the Eclipse IDE, JBoss stack is a plus
* In-depth understanding of the difference between EARs, WARs, and JARs.
* Basic understanding of Spring and Struts
* Basic understanding of Junit and unit testing frameworks
* Basic understanding of software and web security
* Basic understanding of HTML and web-based forms and applications.

Additional Qualifications (Highly Desirable)
* Investments Business knowledge (Fixed Income) is a BIG plus
* Basic understanding of J2EE, specifically EJBs, Swing, Hibernate, Concurrent Util
* Basic understanding of ESB, specifically TIBCO Business Works
* Basic understanding of Transaction Management concepts
* Ability to write simple Linux shell scripts. Any other scripting languages are a plus
* Basic understanding of the Continuous Build philosophy
* Basic understanding of Maven, Hudson
* Basic ability to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in code, and recommend solutions to improve performance
* Java/J2EE Certified Programmer
* Java/J2EE Certified Developer


4. Position: Webmethods developer
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 6 Months
