We are looking for IBM BPM Resource

Location: Denver, CO

Duration: 12 Months

Rate: Open

Description: Our client is looking for an experienced Developer to develop, maintain, and support multiple process applications in IBM BPM 7.5. The right candidate does not necessarily have to have experience using IBM BPM 7.5, but must have used Lombardi Teamworks version 6 or 7 or IBM WebSphere Lombardi Edition (WLE). The project will be the include development of 4-6 simple to moderately complex applications in IBM BPM 7.5 (Lombardi BPM). Specific BPM assets that need to be developed and maintained will include complex coaches (GUIs), complicated business rules that drive process flow, collection of reporting metrics, database and web service integrations.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of IT industry experience

• Demonstrated ability to define and optimize processes, manage requirements, and architect solutions focused on BPM and SOA

• Must be familiar and comfortable in the domains of process modeling, process monitoring, business rules and business event based technologies

• 2+ years of experience on the Lombardi BPM Suite working with Blueprint and TeamWorks

• Must have completed 2 project implementations that exploit the full capabilities (discover, design, implement and support) of the Lombardi BPM Suite

Knowledge of the following is a plus:

• IBM BPM SOA product stack including WebSphere Application Server

• ESB

• Process Server

• Modeler

• Business Activity Monitoring (BAM)

• iLog
