Or equivalent work experience. 5 years of IT work experience in software development, installation and modification in an online environment. IT Lead	P3	Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project oriented work efforts. Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations. Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately. Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers. Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed. Assists Project Manager(s) and/or Program Manager(s) in identifying and prioritizing opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve the goals of the enterprise. Must possess advanced knowledge and proficiency in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques. This is an individual contributor role without human resource management responsibilities (e.g., hiring, performance management). Java UI Developer	P3	Analyzes, designs, develops, tests, and supports all aspects of Java UI Web Development. Must be a fast learner and eager to mentor less experienced team members. Feels comfortable in assuming different roles as a member of a development team.	Skills Required: •Bachelor's degree in a related field such as computer science OR significant equivalent experience using AGILE Methodology. •3-5 Years UI development experience with Java leveraging Spring MVC, Spring Core or have good knowledge / adaptability to learn these technologies •Experience with Oracle and other database platforms, SQL development and debugging or any other databases •IBM Websphere 7 Application Server •JSF, CSS, HTML •Javascript •JQuery •JQueryUI •AJAX •JSP Tags •Comfortable with fast-paced development using AGILE methodology •Understanding of best practices, design principles, and web standards
Java Service Developer	P3	Responsible for developing, maintaining and supporting Web or Java services applications Gathers and analyzes requirements. Programs all or selected components of Web or Java applications. Documents components and applications. Researches, evaluates and recommends new tools and applications for use in assigned responsibilities. Demonstrates rapid ability to seek, evaluate, and come up to speed on new technologies and processes Independently writes and reviews design specifications, code, and unit tests Troubleshoots and resolves medium to high complexity application defects	•Minimum 5 years of solid Java development experience •Minimum 3 years of solid Web Services design and development experience •Hands-on experience with JAX-WS, JAX-RPC and other relevant frameworks. •Experience of working with Middleware solutions. •Strong experience by using SOAP and REST base implementations •Experience of working with CVS or ClearCase •Strong background in developing applications with databases. •Experience in structuring and optimizing SQL queries.
