The Sales & Use Tax System Admin will be responsible for managing all client sales & use tax requirements for GSI Commerce Solutions.  This will include, but not limited, the following:

• New launch client nexus setup including working with both client and internal GSI personnel to ensure that the proper tax codes are appropriately aligned with client's/GSI's inventory
• Ensuring that the Vertex system is up-to-date with the latest sales tax law changes.
• Generating monthly sales tax reports for all clients and ensuring that balances per the report reconciles to the amounts provided to the clients.
• In situations where the amounts provided to the clients do not equal the reports, work to evaluate the differences.
• Assist in working with internal GSI personnel regarding any client requested nexus changes
• Assist with the ensuring all appropriate exemption certificates are appropriately captured.
• Manage and maintain data integrity between multiple versions of VERTEX.
• BA/BS Degree in Finance/Accounting/MIS/IT
• Prior sales tax and USE tax experience a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft excel/access

2. Experience in administering SiteMinder/any access manager (TAM/OAM)

3. Experience in administering LDAP

4. Experience in TFIM
