We have an immediate position with our client to be based at Cupertino CA

 

Please send some SAP CRM on urgent basis

LOCATION : Cupertino, CA

DURATION : 6 months (Extendable)

 

JD :

 

              At least, 5 plus years of ABAP development in SAP CRM with strong applied knowledge for the design, development and implementation of SAP CRM business processes and interfaces

              Must have recent experience in CRM 2007 (CRM 6.0) and above

              CRM 2007 to CRM 7.0 upgrade experience is desirable

              Object oriented ABAP skills is a MUST HAVE

              Experience in EEWB, BAPI/RFC, BAdI, User exits is a MUST HAVE

              Knowledge of SAP CRM architecture & data model is a MUST

              Expertise in configuration, development and maintenance of SAP Business workflow and business objects.

              Sound knowledge of SAP Workflow builder and workflow wizards

              Expertise in configuring workflow manager, event manager, work item manager is preferable

              Must have working knowledge in configuration and development of BSP, CRM webUI/ IC web client components using component workbench

              Familiarity with reusing BSP components and BSP page (static and dynamic) navigation

              Must be familiar with interface concepts using CRM Middleware

              Knowledge in Enterprise web service architecture and exposing SAP CRM functionality is desirable

              Knowledge of CRM One-order framework is a must-have

              Expertise in enhancements to ISA/eCommerce application, Product Catalog, Quotation and Order management, Product Configuration (Variant configuration), CRM Pricing, IPC and replication of custom pricing tables from ECC, and action management.

              Knowledge of master data elements line Business partners, Product Master, Organizational structure and Pricing

              Java development skills is a plus

              Exposure to SAP ERP modules will be a plus

              Experience with Smartform development is a plus

              Experience in SAP CRM Sales, Service and some Marketing business processes is desirable

              Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

              Design scalable and re-usable technical solution to meet specific business requirements around validations of business rules etc. for activity, quotation, orders

              Develop technical specifications, coding, testing, and documentation

              Develop custom reports, BSP applications and interfaces for data load

              Frequent and close interaction with Functional analysts to understand requirements and help evolve detailed design document

              Provide reasonable Level of Effort (LOE) estimates to Functional analysts after requirement and design analysis whenever required

              Ability to question functional design decisions and offer scalable and better design approaches

              Perform Proof-of-concept and prototyping activities whenever required

              Raise SAP OSS messages and follow-up on standard SAP issues until closure

              Perform data mapping, data cleansing/conversion activities

              Work closely with the ISA/CRM eCommerce team to finalize technical design and undertake collaborative development tasks

              Need to be prepared to offer technical help and expertise to Production Support team for any urgent production issue

              Data migration from legacy systems and spreadsheets to SAP CRM

              Work with cross-technical SAP/non-SAP teams for system integration activities

              Must be able to multi-task and work on parallel items at the same time

              Active participation in root-cause analysis and troubleshooting of CRM backend problems

              Willing to share technical knowledge and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions from time-to-time

              Provide knowledge transfer to Production Support team after project go-live
