• Over 8-10 years of experience in Oracle Financials with sound functional knowledge on Oracle Financials Modules - Oracle Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Oracle Projects, General Ledger, Oracle Purchasing, Cash Management, System Administration

The position is for an experienced—5 years minimum-- DB2 for z/OS DB2 DBA professional who has worked with DB2 V9 new function mode in a parallel sysplex with DB2 data sharing.
Responsibilities:
• In addition to the usual DBA skills such as object design and creation; back-up and recovery; and buffer pool tuning; the candidate should be very familiar with BMC database tools and utilities, physical data modeling, and SQL optimization and performance.
• The candidate will work with internal and external customers to analyze and determines information needs and elements; data relationships and attributes; data flow and storage requirements.
• The candidate should also be well versed with tools such as BMC, SPUFI, QMF, TSO, MS Windows, Excel, PowerPoint and Power Designer.
• The candidate should expect to be in the DBA on call rotation, meaning he or she will need to be available 24 * 7 for a one week period every eight to 10 weeks.
• The candidate will also be expected to provide onsite off-hours support for release implementation and various DBA activities.

Project Management (L2):
• Conceptual awareness of core project management techniques and some practical experience (PRACTITIONER)
• Practicing Project manager who has either completed formal course in project management techniques, behavioural skills, have some team handling experience or demonstrated sufficient experience in projects handled and/or has cleared suitable internal assessments
• Will be responsible for medium sized projects or projects of moderate criticality (defined by internal and customer context) and be able to handle projects with varying scope and conflict with some level of supervision and guidance from line/practice manager

1. Candidate is going to be the first person in the team to start a program. Customer is looking him to become an anchor/leader for 40 different applications wrt performance testing. Hence, the candidate should be highly pro-active and self motivated while dealing with the Test activities.
2. Should be hands-on senior Performance Engineer(A performance architect would be best, but somebody who is hands-on is the need). Hands-on in defining the test framework, doing tool evaluation, performing tool fitment, performance scripting, analysis and reporting
3. Should have strong analytical skills
4. Should have onsite customer facing experience
6. Position: Performance Testing Lead
